Each year since 1981, Wine Spectator Magazine has selected wine lists from around the world to participate in their restaurant awards program. The awards are based on quality of selections, number of listings, depth of vintages and growing regions from top producers and the relationship between the wine list and restaurant fare.
This year, Shapley’s has again raised the bar for exceptional wine programs by being one of only 460 restaurants world wide to receive Wine Spectator’s highly coveted Best of Award of Excellence for 2007. Shapley’s is honored to be the first restaurant in Mississippi to receive this prestigious award. This award is a symbol of our continued commitment to offer our diners the highest quality dining experience available in the Jackson area.
